Grahame Worboys – Branch Manager
Grahame is a fully qualified engineer. Following a 6 year
apprenticeship
covering all aspects of machining, grinding
heat treatment and engineering drawing he specialised
for a further 6 years in precision grinding and was very much
involved in the introduction of Superabrasives on
many applications.
Grahame joined the sales force of Carborundum in 1970 and later represented the company as an Applications Engineer specialising in centreless and large cylindrical grinding.
Grahame has a vast knowledge of vitrified bonded abrasives and, with over 40 years experience in the industry, must qualify as one of our most experienced employees.

Tim Worsfield – Area Sales Manager
Tim has worked in the abrasive industry for over 20 years. He joined Anglo Abrasives in 1990 as a Sales Representative and became a Branch Manager in 1997. Tim’s expertise includes operations involving both Bonded and Coated abrasives and he is able to offer technical support for a vast array of applications. He now has the role of Area Sales Manager for the South East of England with special duties involving purchasing and stock control for the group.

Chris Hyde – Sales Representative
Chris has over 12 years experience in the abrasive industry. Initially in internal sales and then moving to external sales as his product knowledge grew.
Chris specialises in both Bonded and Coated abrasives and for the past 8 years has been covering the Midlands, Oxford and Milton Keynes servicing accounts in a wide range of industries including engineering, metal fabrication, shop fitting and woodworking.

Sue Cooper – Office Supervisor
Sue has worked for Anglo Abrasives for over 25 years, all of which have been in the sales office at Nuneaton, although she has also provided cover for other branches. Over this period she has gained a wealth of experience and has attended several product training courses at major abrasive manufacturers. Sue has an excellent knowledge of Bonded, Coated and Superabrasives and is able to answer a wide range of customer enquiries. Sue now has the position of Office Supervisor and is responsible for the day to running of the sales office.
